What you may do with the software
- Run it on your own infrastructure, for your own business or for a client's.
- Modify the source code to fit your workflow.
- Use it to produce content on any lawful topic.
What is prohibited
You may not use this software, or any output produced with it, to:
- Create or distribute sexual content, or any content that sexualises minors.
- Generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or deliberately deceptive content, including coordinated inauthentic behaviour and undisclosed political messaging.
- Infringe copyright or trademark, or impersonate a real person or organisation.
- Present output as human-written where the platform or the recipient requires AI disclosure. Turning on the AI-content label is your responsibility.
- Send spam, or operate the software as a bulk unsolicited messaging service.
- Break the terms of service of any platform you publish to. The software deliberately does not automate publishing; do not add that yourself and then hold the tool responsible.
Your responsibility
You are the publisher. Anything you publish is your responsibility, not ours. We do not review, host, or moderate the content you produce with this software.
Enforcement
We may decline to sell, or terminate a licence, if we find the software being used in breach of this policy.
